Hi Lisa, I was just reading this article and thought I'd offer my advice even though I'm not a KAF person. :) You probably already found your answer elsewhere but.... here goes:

From my understanding ADY and SAF Red are interchangeable, but SAF Red will rise a bit quicker. And since it's instant you don't need to activate it in water first (although personally I have a habit of doing that anyway). So use the same amount of SAF Red as you would ADY.
