Right now, instant yeast (or any type of yeast) seems to be in short supply. I normally use SAF Red Instant but was wondering whether the Fleischmann's RapidRise Instant would work as a substitute for cold (refrigerator) fermentation, such as pizza doughs and some bread recipes that I have that call for that method.
