Yeast of any kind seems to be scarce right now, thanks to the corona virus. I am attempting to learn Instant Pot bread making during these quarantined days, and I have found and purchased only the quick-rising, so far. Instant Pot recipes from many sites list “yeast” in the recipes. I am using King Arthur all-purpose flour. How do I convert “yeast” to “QuickRise”?
