Thank you PJ! Is there a way to tell if SAF is fresh before wasting a whole batch of dough only to find out it didn’t rise? Also, I like to let my cinnamon roll dough rise overnight so the dough is easier to work with and rolls are prettier. Should I stick to ADY because of this or switch to SAF gold?
