Thank you so much for sharing with us this yeast comparison. I love to bake with the red saf yeast. I thinkg that it is the best. I tried a lot of yeast brands but when I tried this, I literally felt in love. Now It is good to know that the gold one is for sweet baking stuff. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
