I'm hosting friends in a few days to dip fortune cookies to send in Valentine's college boxes to our daughters. I was planning to use an electric fondu pots to keep the white and dark chocolate warm for women to create their personalized treat at their leisure throughout the evening. What are your thoughts/suggestions/concerns? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
