John, if you're dipping your potato chips fully (rather than just spreading them on a cooling rack and drizzling chocolate over them), a good pair of tweezers and plenty of patience are the best tools for the job. It's one of those things that can be done quickly or thoroughly, but unfortunately not both. Either way, though, the results are delicious! Kat@KAF
