Gluten-free baked goods (of all kinds) tend to go stale faster than their wheat-based counterparts. We recommend enjoying these pretzels within about 2 to 3 days for best results. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze for longer storage. Note that if you've topped your pretzels with salt, the surface might look slightly mottled after the pretzels rest. (The salt will suck out some of the water from the pretzels on the surface.) Don't worry; they'll still taste great! Reheat your pretzels in a toaster oven or in the oven wrapped in foil before serving. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
