Hi - I seem to recall a couple (maybe 3?) years ago you did a terrific analysis on different kinds of baked goods and the addition of whole wheat flour. I seem to recall that you talked about adding a bit of orange juice to help temper any stronger flavour of the whole wheat flour. Do you still recommend that? I love KA white whole wheat flour- I wish it was available in Canada, without having to mail order it from you.
