Hi Bernice, we don't currently sell cracked wheat, but you can find it on Amazon. You could also substutite an equal amont of another uncooked grain mix, or our Harvest Grains Blend or our Super Ten Blend into the soaker for this recipe. No need to toast these grain blends before soaking.
