Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, Lori! We'll get the blog post and recipe adjusted to say the same thing. In the meantime, add the soaker in the beginning with your starter, flour, and water. You're welcome to eliminate the yeast, just expect to have longer rise times and a shorter finished loaf.
