I would have liked to have seen your response to the above. For my 2nd go round of this recipe I would like to bake in a dutch oven. Can I use the entire amount for one large round loaf? Will a 4 quart dutch oven work or should I use a 6 quart. since it is in a dutch oven I would assume there is no need for the pan of water but would like to know if my assumption is right.
