This was my first attempt at making bread- weighed the ingredients and followed each step. I left the dough in refrigerator for 4 days- it was sticky when I took it out of the bowl onto a lightly floured mat. I shaped and let each loaf rest before baking; puffed up nicely. Absolutely no rise- the taste was similar to an English muffin and very disappointing!
