What is the minimum time I can leave the dough in the fridge? I already let it sit at room temp for 2 hours before putting it in the fridge. Can I bake after 2 hours in the fridge or do I need to wait longer? I plan on making this in a cast iron Dutch oven. I’ve had good luck making no-knead bread in the Dutch oven using 3 cups of flour but I’ve never put it in the fridge before.
