i make this bread all the time....i use a 9x5 or 4x8 bread pan....i dont have a regular oven at this time so i use my roaster oven. i find you dont need to use the water ...the roaster oven steams it for you. just a suggestion...i have 1 question....the loaf comes out nice and crisp when baked but gets hard the next day in a paper bag...if i use a plastic bag the bread becomes soft ...what can i use to keep it crispy???
