Yes! You can shape boules or rounds of dough for bread and smaller pieces of the dough for rolls. The No-Knead Crusty White Bread recipe suggests refrigeration of the dough for up to about 7 days so you can bake fresh bread in that window from 1 - 7 days whenever the craving strikes.
