I have made this recipe for years now. And it is fool proof. KAF is great stuff only thing we use here. I make just as described here,And for baking i use it in a 6 quart dutch oven we have a Pompey brick wood fired oven,for summer where i can get excessively high temps (floor is about 6 to 700 deg F), this also works in the house oven, (surprise), one can mix in fresh chopped garlic, rosemary, or what ever spice one sees fit, just before the finial rise . GOOD STUFF BILL
