This recipe just needs to be stirred together and then put in the refrigerator. The flour volume is 6 1/2-7 1/2 cups of flour. I am not sure which bread machine you have, but most machines will only hold a capacity of 5 1/2 or so. Also, this is a no-knead recipe, so again stirring to incorporate the flour is all you need to do. My recommendation is to not use your bread machine for this recipe.
