There is a recipe similar to this in my OLD Betty Crocker cookbook. I have made this for years but have started to wonder if there was not a better quick puff pastry. I know I should have looked here before but..live and learn. I will make this for a meeting that I go to and I often bake for the group. (Alzheimer's support group and baking is my "release") My "resolution" this year is to try a few more challenging things and REAL puff pastry was going to be one of them. So I will consider this as a stepping stone to that goal.
