I was looking at the Paleo Flour and wondered if the cassava flour in it was unrefined. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten cassava root so I don’t know if I can currently tolerate it even in the unrefined state, but it would be fun to experiment.
The other thing that would be helpful is any suggestions you might have for improving the chances that the Flourless Chocolate Nut Cake recipe would work in a Bundt pan. Or other cake recipes, for that matter - what factors suggest a good candidate for a Bundt pan cake?
