Hi Molly! We definitely have grain-free cake recipes using almond and coconut flour, but none of them are Bundt cakes. The Flourless Chocolate Nut Cake, made with almond flour, is designed to be baked in a tube pan. You're certainly welcome to experiment baking it in a Bundt pan instead of a tube pan. You're also welcome to try baking one of our other grain-free cake recipes such as Grain-Free Yellow Cake or Grain-Free Chocolate Cake (both of which use our Paleo Baking Flour) which is a grain-free blend of coconut flour, almond flour, and cassava flour. The paleo flour is a 1:1 swap for regular all-purpose flour in non-yeasted recipes, so you could, in theory take a regular Bundt cake recipe calling for plain all-purpose flour and swap it out with the paleo flour to make it grain free. It'll be more delicate. As you've baked with coconut flour before, you'll be familiar with the light coconut flavor and texture it can lend.
