Hi Ellen, we have another recipe called Easy Gluten-Free Almond Cake, which uses 1/2 cup less almond flour. You could use another nut flour like hazelnut flour, but that tends to also be just as pricey. If you want to avoid almond flour all together, try our Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cake for a seasonal treat, or bake our Gluten-Free Sour Cream Coffeecake in a Bundt pan. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
