Hi Nancy,
It doesn't take a lot of liquor to nicely flavor a full batch of fudge. Try stirring in 2 tablespoons of liquor after the fudge comes off the stove or out of the microwave. It should still set up just fine. If you want to boost the liquor flavor, you may want to check out extra strong flavorings from LorAnn Oils, they have every flavor under the sun!
