I'm curious about what leads King Arthur to "disappear" some of its recipes. This blog post on fudge, for instance, originally had directions for chocolate, eggnog, AND peanut butter fudge. There are still a couple of references within it to the eggnog fudge [Paragraph #4: "I'll show you two [?] simple recipes today (chocolate, EGGNOG, and peanut butter)"; and in the directions for Peanut Butter Fudge: "Once the mixture is boiling, stop stirring and allow it to come to the soft-ball stage, just as you did in the EGGNOG recipe."] But the directions or explanation for making eggnog fudge are no longer a part of the post. I'm glad I printed it out several years ago, because it's pretty darned delicious. I'd love to be able to direct others to it...but it's just...gone!
