It says one tablespoon. Capital 'T' meaning tablespoon, lower case 't' being teaspoon. So the math is correct, if you multiply 2 teaspoons of vanilla by 50% you have 3 teaspoons and 3 teaspoons is equal to 1 tablespoon. I hope that's cleared it up for you.
