Tsk, tsk. After all of that, and making and selling molds, I am astonished K.A. does not have a single, classic springerle recipe! Really, they are not hard to find on the Internet, but I would have thought a bunch of bakers would have one on the K.A. Web site. If you wish I can point you to a few I have found that I think would be appropriate.
