House on the Hill Co. or look up Anais Paradais Springerle Molds. She is a designer. I know King Arthur can't advertise for these folks but I think it is OK for me to comment? They have literally hundreds of molds at several price points- many beautiful themes including the fireplace one...I just ordered it today. Reasonable , fast shipping.
Some are larger boards with up to a dozen images which can be cut out. Everything from seasons of the year, holidays, classical references ( Romulus and Remus is sold out sadly ) Old and New Testament themes, stars of David, many secular themes, Easter bunnies, Valentines etc. I made Daniel in the Lion's Den during the height of the pandemic for friends and said " Don't we all feel this way at the moment ?" Be warned. You will wish to spend money.
It's very fun. I use paperclay or air dry clay for ornaments but am excited to see a shortbread recipe that might work.
