I really appreciate your recipe. I wanted a recipe that I could use in my springerle molds (other than the traditional one) and I don't know how else I would have found this one unless "springerle" was in the title. I just assumed the "springerle" title can be used as a method as well. Either way, I'm glad I found this recipe!
