We're so glad to hear that you're excited to use your new Springerle pin, Brenda! All of the recipes here will work wonderfully with the rolling pin. There isn't anything special you need to do before using the pin. We do recommend lightly dusting your dough with flour before going over it with the Springerle pin to prevent sticking.
