Those look yummy, although I will probably never make them. (I'm not big on doughnuts and I really don't like the smell of oil.
Here's to hoping you (in the collective sense) have a blog post with some Scandinavian flair soon since Sunday is Lucia Day and is celebrated in Sweden - and still in areas of the US with strong Swedish ties. I could go for a good yeast recipe for Julekage (similar to Panettone) or a good recipe for Swedish Pepperkakor. ;) St. Lucia rolls, too!
