Gluten-free bread tends to be more batter-like than dough like, which makes this recipe tricky. The best place to start might be our Gluten-Free Cinnamon Roll recipe. The dough is still quite wet and hard to shape, so you might want to play around with placing the rolls next to each other in a star-shaped pattern.
