Jane, the recipe used in this blog is simply our shortbread cookie recipe. I will post the link to that recipe for you; http://bit.ly/1OqRXGP. This will answer your questions about temperature, baking time and quantity of cookies made. As for the alternative cookie flavors, we haven't tried them in a shortbread pan, so it would be a bit of an experiment on your end, but I'm guessing they would be fine.
