I have Pioneer Woman's Pumpkin Gingersnap Cheesecake in the oven right now. Boy, does it smell good, and it was very easy. Then made the Salted Caramel sauce to drizzle over. Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I am so thankful for all you do to help my kitchen endeavors through the year!
