Hi Michelle, I'm sorry we weren't able to answer this question before Thanksgiving! For future reference, yes, you can prebake the crust the day before, let it cool completely, and then wrap well in plastic so it doesn't dry out overnight on the counter. No need to refrigerate the crust.
