Every year before COVID I make and donate homemade rolls to a local church for their fundraiser. The last year it was 18 packages of 15 rolls. I make an enriched white bread, steel cut honey oatmeal and whole wheat. The rolls are sold out within 1/2 hour, usually to the girls taking care of the bake sale.
