Good morning!
This worked so well for me on Thanksgiving, that I now keep a bag of frozen dough in my freezer. I now pull out three or four rolls at a time, as needed for that nights dinner.
Could I use the same method for cinnamon rolls? Immediately after kneading, fill, roll and slice the dough, then freeze?
