Thank you x 100!! It was only my second year hosting Thanksgiving and I was freaking out about every minor detail. I can laugh at myself now. However, this blog helped me set my mind at ease. I used the English Muffin Toasting Bread recommended above for my dressing and it was the BEST I have ever had! Everyone commented on it. It was moist/perfect. I loved making my own bread so that I could cut it to the size that I like. Will do again and again. Also, making the cookie dough ahead of time and freezing...GENIUS! What a timesaver.
