I freeze mine all time. Just make it with extra broth so it want be dry. I put waxed paper over the dressing to keep it from freezer burn. Take it out the night before I'm going to bake it. I set it out on a towel because it will sweat, and cover it with a towel to hold the cool in then let it set there all night, if I put it out early in the day, I set it in the fridge before I go to bed. It is still frozen some the next morning. I do have a large pan of dressing because I feed a large family. It will keep in the freezer for months. Make it ahead of time and don't bake it till you are ready for it.
