I really want to try the Fresh Apple Cinnamon Scone recipe that is on your website. I'd like to make ahead & freeze for when my family is here for the holidays. I see that the recipe calls for freezing them for 30 minutes before baking. Can I just leave them in the freezer for a couple of weeks at that point? If so, should I thaw before baking or add time to the baking time in the recipe?
