Sure thing! We'd recommend using a 10 to 12 cup Bundt pan and baking your fruitcake at 325°F for about 90 minutes, starting to test it for doneness at 80 minutes. When done, the cake will be golden brown all over, and a long toothpick or skewer inserted into the center will come out clean. Happy baking!
