Followed pretty the recipe pretty closely - the top crust was amazing and so was the filling, but the bottom was a soggy mess! It was almost as though it had been boiled. Could this have been because the baking sheet to catch the drippings was too close and kept the bottom from browning? I just slid it on the next rack under without thinking to adjust, and it was only an inch or two below.
