The marshmallows will hold their shape- they're quite stable once cool. Marshmallows are stabilized with gelatin, which can tolerate repeated bouts of hot and cold. Like a kid at a campfire, you just need a few minutes of patience before you eat them. Happy baking! Laurie@KAF
