i want to make cinnamon buns but i dont understand the ration of my starter, to flour, to water that i should be using and exactly how you are adjusting recipes to use your own starter. I know you said it was easy (and i have my scale being sent to me now from amazon) but im still a little fuzzy on how i know the proper way to adjust
