Interesting idea, Becky! If grilled, we think the flour in the starter will stick. A lot. And be super messy. BUT. If you dilute — it half non-dairy yogurt and half discard, we think it should work better and have an interesting flavor. You'll have less stick-age if you cook it in a pan or bake it than if you grill it for sure.
