Hello,

Question about yogurt... Should that be seen as a liquid when determining the math of adding starter? Specifically, I would like to add my unfed starter (156.5 grams worth) to your recipe of Whole Wheat Naan. The whole wheat naan recipe is SO good! Love it! Just want more tang.
