Hey! Question. I am trying to make swedish cardamon buns (they're my fav) and I recently got into making sourdough bread (with lots of success) but wanted to see if I could combine my love for all things Scandinavia into one sourdough cardamon bun! Thoughts or suggestions? I am loosely working off of a couple of recipes, one being the NYT cardamon bun recipe. I'd love any and all advice!
