In your English muffin bread recipe you said you reduce the water by 2oz and the milk by 2oz , my question is , if I reduce the 1/4 cup of water by 2 oz ,which a 1/4 cup is 2 oz right ? Does that mean I don't add water at all ? Please help , I really want to make this bread recipe , it really looks great . Can you please send me the recipe ingredients that you use with the sourdough in it please , thank you in advance
