Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. so much thought into the recipes. So much thought into the comments ( as well as some grand tips, suggestions and ideas) All so surprisingly refreshing, especially when one is looking out at a gloomy day. I would dare to say that looking at the recipes, and reading the comments is a ray of sunshine on any day. My pleasure to give thanks to all those that contribute. As a PS this site should be public reading for all that are shut in at the many rest homes and assisted living places. I suspect it would be a welcome change. And maybe inspire some to test out their old/young skills in the kitchen .... Yes, I have made the English Muffin Toasting bread --great treat for the Grand kids .. Will , for sure, try it with some starter now that I really know how to substitute. Warm hugs to all Richie
