What a delicious-sounding combination of flavor and textures, Karen! While we aren't too familiar with this kind of savory cookie, we think it's worth trying to freeze the cookies. The freeze then thaw cycle may result in the cereal becoming soft rather than crisp; however, you're welcome to give it a try. If the recipe has enough fat (cheese and butter!) and not too much liquid, it should turn out just fine. If you don't like the results of the cookie after they've been frozen, consider freezing the unbaked dough next time. Let it thaw slightly before slicing (we're assuming it's a slice and bake cookie) and bake as directed. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
