Thanks for this article; bookmarked for future reference! Would you please weigh in on freezing pizza dough? Many recipes make multiple crusts and I'd like to know at which step I should freeze extras (tightly wrapped in plastic, of course). Before or after rising? Or multiple risings? Or forming?
